We will then e-mail, or fax with an invoice stating total charges. International orders may be paid via Credit Card, Cashiers check, or Money Order in U.S. Funds. We offer UPS as our International Parcel Carriers. All Credit card charges will show up on billing as Fine Line Body Art. If an order is refused for any reason. The Customer is responsible for all lost shipping and COD fees should your order be returned to us. These incurred fees plus a 10% restocking fee must be prepaid before we will process another order. Also we require pre-payment. Please report any damages or shortages within 24 hours of receipt. Have your invoice and UPS label numbers available for all damaged parcel processing. We are not responsible for lost uninsured International shipments.
